Objective We represent you for the following contract negotiations with the right holder of your requested idea/work.
     (1)Transfer of a right to the idea/work (including the transfer of copyrights such as reproduction right)
     (2)Permission of the use of the idea/work (including establishment of exclusive license  and non-exclusive license)
     (3)Creation of a pledge with the idea/work
Objects of the service All the ideas/works of the world. We, however, need to have the minimum information of the requested idea/work for starting negotiation such as contact information of the right holder of the idea/work (or their representative).
If you lack such information, our 'negotiation with search' service will help you to obtain the necessary information for starting the negotiation.
Search procedure By using our database, we will search to find the necessary information.
Negotiation procedure We will prepare a contract based on the requests from you and the right holder of the idea/work.
Types of the service Our negotiation service is divided into two types depending on whether or not the necessary information is available to you.
Negotiation with search Negotiation only
This service is for those who lack information necessary for starting negotiation and thus want to obtain such information, provided that the information is searchable with our database. This service is for those who already have information necessary for starting negotiation.                                    
Benefit If you apply for this service, you will receive 10% discount for the transfer service of transferring and registering a right to an idea/a work.

Upon receipt of your completed application, we will send you an e-mail for confirming the application of the negotiation service. Please fill out the confirmation sheet and send it back to us by e-mail.
After confirmation, we will start a search or a negotiation.
(3) Negotiation (or Negotiation with search) will start.

Types of the service Negotiation with search Negotiation only
The investigation will be made by searching our database.

On completion of the search, we will send you the search report attached with an invoice for the search service fee as well as a letter asking for confirmation of the start of negotiation with the right holder of your requested idea/work. Upon receipt of the above documents, please fill out the confirmation sheet and send it back to us. Please also pay the search service fee into our bank account.

If you are ready for the negotiation, please follow the procedure of 'negotiation only' course.
We will contact with the right holder of your requested idea/work for a negotiation appointment. If we receive a refusal of negotiation from the right holder, we will inform you accordingly. Then, you will be asked to choose between change(s) in the contract type or the contract details and termination of the negotiation procedure.

If we receive an agreement on negotiation from the right holder, we will prepare and send you and the right holder a draft contract together with a confirmation sheet. You and the right holder will be asked to confirm the draft contract, fill out and send the confirmation sheet back to us.

 If both you and the right holder agree with our prepared draft contract, we will proceed to complete the contract.
 If either one of you or the right holder does not agree with our prepared draft contract, you or the right holder will be asked to amend the contract.
 If you terminate the negotiation procedure, we will send you our invoice for the negotiation service fee. After confirmation of the invoice, please pay the amount claimed into our bank account.
(4) According to your request, we will proceed to complete the contract.
Informed of your agreement to the contract, we will confirm the contract details and send you the original copy of the approved contract.
↓ Please fill out and sign the original contract copy and send it back to us.
Upon receipt of the signed original copy of the contract, we will send you a letter asking you to pay the contract money to the right holder.
↓ After confirming the letter, please pay the contract money into the right holder’s bank account.
After we confirm the payment of the contract money, the procedure of transferring the right to the idea/work will be taken by our affiliated team of specialists in intellectual properties.
↓ The right to the idea/work will be transferred to you from the right holder. This means the completion of the contract.
Upon completion of the transfer procedure, we will send you a copy of the transfer certificate together with our invoice for the negotiation fee. After confirmation of the invoice, please pay the amount claimed into our bank account.
