Objective You can solicit or invite the idea/work you want to obtain or use by addressing people at large on our 'idea solicitation' page.
Objects of the service Those ideas/works to which public solicitation is available. Judgement of whether or not public solicitation is available for a certain idea/work will be made by us.
Solicitation procedure You can solicit or invite the idea/work you are seeking for by posting your message on our 'idea solicitation' page.
Types of the service Our idea solicitation service is divided into two types of the standard service and the optional services.
Standard service Digital service (Optional service)
Your message soliciting or inviting an idea/a work will be posted on the Japanese-language 'idea solicitation' page. If you have graphics such as drawing which you want to attach to your posting message, this service is helpful. We will convert your analog graphic data into digital format.
International service (Optional service) Idea protection service (Optional service)
If you want to solicit or invite ideas/works not just in Japan but globally, this service is helpful. We will translate your posting message from Japanese into English. If you find that the idea/work you sought for is not granted any right yet, this service is helpful. Our affiliated team of specialists in intellectual properties will take procedures for the acquisition of a right to the idea/work.

(2) You can apply for the solicitation service by either one of the following two options.

(3) After confirmation of the application, your message of soliciting or inviting an idea/a work will be posted.
↓ Upon receipt of your completed application, we will send you an e-mail for confirming the application of the idea solicitation service. Please fill out the confirmation sheet and send it back to us by e-mail.
After confirmation, we will post your message soliciting or inviting an idea/a work on our 'idea solicitation' page. If no contact came within a set posting period, we will send you an e-mail asking if you want to extend the posting term. Please reply by e-mail.
If you terminate the posting, we will send you an invoice for the posting fee. After confirmation of the invoice, please pay the posting fee into our bank account.
(4) We will contact you as soon as we receive information concerning your requested idea/work.
↓ If we receive any contact from a person with information about the idea/work you're seeking for, we will send you an e-mail informing you of detailed information and confirming that the provided information meets your request. Please fill out the confirmation sheet and send it back to us by e-mail.
(5) You will receive an invoice for the posting fee.
As we receive your e-mail confirming that the provided information meets your request, the procedure of solicitation of the idea/work completes. We will then send you an invoice for the posting service fee attached with a brochure about our 'negotiation' service, which would be helpful in proceeding with a contract negotiation with the right holder of your requested idea. After confirmation of the invoice, please pay the posting fee into our bank account.
If we receive your reply that the provided information does not meet your request, we will then send you an e-mail asking if you want to continue posting your message in order to invite further information about the idea/work you're seeking for. Please reply by e-mail.
