A movable connection bar 18 independent from the gripper 12 is installed in the decelerator device. One end of the reaction buffering support bar 22 is connected to the connection bar 18 through the connection part 20 that tolerates up-and-down motions of the electric screwdriver 10, whereby the junction of the gripper 12 and the support bar 22 trochoids relatively regardless of swivel direction of the screwdriver which is griped tightly, enabling the screwdriver to move up and down freely without allowing the gripper 12 to slid in the hands.
