Description of the design	The item of the present design is a light emitting diode lamp preferably used for traffic light, signal light, emergency light, etc. as the light source of so-called blinker lights or indication lights in roadside traffic signs, specifically flashing traffic signs, which instruct and alert drivers and pedestrians. The present item isprovided as a light source in the light emitting section of an indication light of traffic sign, so that the light emitting section of the indication light flashes, with such batteries as solar battery and storage battery being used as the power source. The right side view and the left side view are symmetric, and so are the plane view and the bottom view. The present design is an LED lamp whose bulb can be replaced with an existing light bulb. In this design, LEDs are arranged at the front, a groove is formed at the rear, and transformer circuit and smoothing circuit are housed in the body, so that an ordinary electric bulb can be replaced with an LED bulb without assistance of any devise. LEDs are arranged so as to concentrate the focus to the front.
