(3) The proceeding necessary for the acquisition of a right to your idea/work will be decided.
↓ Upon receipt of your completed application, we will send you an e-mail asking for detailed information of your idea/work. Please fill out the attached sheet and send it back to us by e-mail. Based on the information in your reply, we will inform you by e-mail of the details of the proceeding necessary for acquiring a right to your idea/work. Then, please send us an e-mail confirming the proceeding to be taken.
(4) The application for a right to your idea/work will be filed, and you will receive our invoice for the service rendered.
↓ Upon receipt of your confirmation, we will delegate the application proceedings to our affiliated team of specialists in intellectual property rights. As soon as we receive the application filing report, we will send you the application filing report and the official filing receipt attached with an invoice for the service fee for the application proceedings. After confirmation of the invoice, please pay the amount claimed into our bank account.
(5) We will inform you of the registration of a right to your idea/work.
As soon as a right is registered to your idea/work, we will inform you accordingly. We will then send you the registration certificate together with our invoice for the registration service fee. After confirmation of the invoice, please pay the amount claimed into our bank account.
