Objective We assess or estimate the value of your idea/work based on such objective criteria as estimated sales and profits. The obtained assessment might be a favorable factor in contract negotiations with your possible investors.
Objects of the service There are two requirements for the objects of the service. First, they are the ideas/works which can be assessed by objective criteria, that is, copyright works, inventions, utility models, designs, trademarks, new varieties of plants and semiconductor circuit configurations. Secondly, the ideas/works have generated profits from their related products, i.e., the products using the ideas/works. They need to have been manufactured and sold for practical use.
Assessment procedure We assess the value of your idea/work based on the following information provided from you.
(1)Sales volume of the related products
(2)Contribution of the idea/work to the sales volume of the related products
(3)Term of validity of the right to the idea/work
(4)Photographs of the related products
Note: Our assessment is only an indication of the value of your idea/work and is not the absolute basis for the actual transaction price of the idea/work.
Types of the service Our assessment service is divided into two types depending on how you want to utilize your idea/work.
Transfer of the idea/work Grant of a license to use the idea/work
The estimated transfer price of your idea/work will be obtained. The estimated license fee of your idea/work will be obtained.
Merit of the service The obtained assessment might be used as a favorable factor in contract negotiations with your possible investors.

(3) Your idea/work will be assessed.
« Upon receipt of your completed application, we will send you an e-mail asking for confirmation of the application. Please fill out the confirmation sheet and send it back to us by e-mail.
After confirmation of the application, we will make an impartial assessment of your idea/work.
(4) You will receive our assessment report and invoice.
On completion of the assessment, we will send you the assessment report attached with an invoice for the assessment service fee. After confirmation of the invoice, please pay the amount claimed into our bank account.
